Swirl Your Color

Return & Satisfaction Policy

Every item from Kathy’s Kreations is handcrafted and made especially for you. Because many of my products are custom-made to your requested colors, style, initials, or design, custom and personalized items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. I will work with you to make it right through a repair, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

If there is ever a problem with the craftsmanship of one of my handmade pens, please contact me. I stand behind my work and will do my best to repair any craftsmanship issue.

Please double-check all initials, names, colors, sizes, and other customization choices before placing your order. Kathy’s Kreations cannot be responsible for errors in information provided when the order was placed.

Each creation is handmade with care, and your satisfaction matters to me..
